After talking to them and handing over the proof of purchase and transcript, they admitted that they would give me a new number. After five years, however, Adobe blocked my number. The seller even talked to Adobe about whether the serial number of this software is okay (I have the transcripts). I bought the original CS6 package a long time ago.
